NOTE: If you start with any of the ad networks above and you don’t know how to set up ads there, you can go to Youtube.com and do a search on how to advertise on that particular network.
For example, if you want to advertise on the Quora ad network, just go to YouTube and type in:
How to advertise on quora ads.
You can listen to a few people there and learn this way.
Then you can and should implement what they teach.
And ALWAYS start with a small budget to test things out.
